Please allow additional days for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Channel Islands, Alderney and Scottish Islands where delivery may take anywhere between 3 and 10 days.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, our delivery company will leave either a telephone number for you to call to make alternative arrangements or leave details of where the delivery can be picked up from e.g. Post Office. To ensure that your order is delivered secure and undamaged, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order ‘hidden’ at the address.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given; however, we will not be liable for non-delivery or incorrect delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase. We realise that occasionally you may want to return an item or items for a refund. In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, refunds can be made provided you return any item unused and in its original condition within 14 days from delivery.
If you return items for reasons other than defects in the items or incomplete or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of items to us.
We strongly recommend that you use a recorded or traceable delivery service against which you are insured in the event of a loss as we cannot be responsible for returned items unless we have signed for them. The items are your responsibility until they reach us.
In all cases, the item or items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. For example, jewellery or toiletries are to be returned in the original box or packaging. For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any opened toiletry product, nor can we accept returned items that we reasonably believe to have been used. In such circumstances we will notify you that a refund will not be available. All items will be inspected upon return to us.
If you require a refund and have met the conditions above, we will refund the price paid by the purchaser for the item (exclusive of the original delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of receiving your returned item, provided the item and its packaging are in their original condition and with us within 14 days of the original delivery.
Please note that refunds can only be made against the original debit or credit card used.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide us with the original delivery date and order number and the details of the item you are returning and why. Provided we do not receive your email any later than 14 days after the item was originally delivered to you, we will provide you with a returns number.
Wrap your item(s) securely in the original packaging, paying attention not the damage the box, packaging or items in the process. Include the returns number we’ve provided.
